MILF Manor Cast Feels Slighted After Being Passed Over for Trump Cabinet Appointments
LOS ANGELES — The cast of Discovery’s MILF Manor has expressed frustration after being overlooked for Cabinet positions in President-elect Donald Trump's administration, despite the inclusion of individuals with backgrounds they deem comparable.
"I mean, if Sean Duffy, a former reality TV star from The Real World, can be appointed as Secretary of Transportation, why not us?" remarked Kelle Mortensen, a prominent figure from the show's second season. "Navigating complex relationships on national television requires diplomacy and crisis management—skills that are surely transferable to a Cabinet role."
The sentiment is shared by fellow cast member Barby Garcia, who noted, "We've demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and the ability to connect with diverse individuals. These are essential qualities for leadership positions."
President-elect Trump's Cabinet selections have included figures such as Pete Hegseth, a former Fox News host nominated for Secretary of Defense, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr., an environmental lawyer and vaccine skeptic chosen to lead the Department of Health and Human Services.
"It's disheartening to see that our unique experiences are not being recognized," added Lannette West, another MILF Manor participant. "We have a lot to offer in terms of leadership and public engagement."
Despite their disappointment, the cast remains optimistic about future opportunities to contribute to public service, emphasizing the value of diverse experiences in governance.
