Mr. Beast To Host Jimmy Carter's Funeral Live On Netflix

In an unprecedented move, philanthropist and YouTube mogul Mr. Beast announced today that he will be hosting the funeral of former U.S. President Jimmy Carter live on Netflix. The move is being hailed as a "game-changer" in the world of funeral broadcasting, with many wondering how they can get their hands on some exclusive "Carter-themed" merchandise.

"Jimmy Carter's life was a beacon of selflessness, so it only makes sense that we offer him the kind of send-off that can only be delivered with 50 million YouTube subscribers watching every move," said Mr. Beast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, during a press conference held at his private island. "We’ve been giving away tons of money and food for years, but now it’s time to give something back in a way that really gives back — by hosting the most viewed funeral of all time!"

The service will reportedly include several "beastly" challenges for the attendees, including a "Carter Trivia Gauntlet" where mourners must answer questions about the former president's life. Winners will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to Carter's birthplace, where they will compete for a chance to donate a portion of the prize money to a worthy cause in Carter's name. However, there will also be a twist: if they answer incorrectly, they will be personally responsible for cleaning up after the funeral.

Netflix has already announced a six-episode documentary series, titled Carter’s Last Ride, which will chronicle the funeral planning, with behind-the-scenes footage showing Mr. Beast's team working tirelessly to make sure that every detail is "just right." The series will include guest appearances from A-list stars, who will discuss their personal relationships with Carter in between giving away free iPhones and stacks of cash to random attendees.

"We know people are going to tune in, but what we’re really trying to do is teach people that even in death, you can still create something epic," said Mr. Beast. "Why just bury someone when you could throw the event of the century and raise millions for global hunger while you're at it?"

In a stunning, last-minute development, former President Carter’s family released a statement saying they were “absolutely fine” with the idea, provided that the funeral ceremony included a charity event to benefit Habitat for Humanity. “We’ve always said we’d leave this world better than we found it,” the statement read. “Why not let Mr. Beast do it on Netflix, too?"

As the date of the event approaches, one thing is certain: if there’s one thing this funeral will not lack, it’s content.
